We offer individual therapy for adolescents and adults. Cruz and Associates utilizes the most current and cost effective treatment modalities to include but not limited to Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Ms. Cruz has extensive experience working with individuals with complex trauma, co-occurring disorders, mood disorders, substance abuse, life stressors, depression and anxiety. With her engaging and goal oriented approach, she is able to uncover the root of the problem and works with the client to create an optimal treatment plan and in turn results occur!
